A little bit about Clark Fork Charcuterie...

Clark Fork Charcuterie is aiming to bring the finest dry-cured meats to western Montana...In the meantime, we'll begin selling fresh sausage and some other specialty meats at the Missoula Farmer's Market, on North Higgins Avenue, on June 3rd, 2017. As with everything we make, all of our sausage will be made from local, pasture-raised, heritage-breed hogs.

Clark Fork Charcuterie will also continue to be working toward our goal of make dry-cured pork products, from salami to capicola, to be available at retail establishments, bistros, cafes, restaurants and markets in Missoula and the surrounding area.
